What should I do in case of a dental emergency?

We have detailed instructions on what to do in specific circumstances, but in general, we will always make time for emergency treatment at our practice during our regular office hours. After hours, call 203-712-7726 or 911 in the case of a medical emergency that requires immediate care.

Do you accept insurance?

Absolutely. We accept many major dental insurance plans at our office. It’s important that you understand your coverage before coming in, so take time to review the insurance benefit booklet provided by your employer to get an idea of the types of treatments they cover.At the time of your treatment, our billing staff will provide you with an estimate of the amount your dental insurance company will cover. Note that this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Our office files your insurance claims, but any amount not covered by insurance will be your responsibility.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances come up and you may need to cancel your appointment with us. We ask for at least 48 hours notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Can I fill out new patient forms prior to my appointment?

Yes, you can––in fact, we ask that you do. (If, for whatever reason, you can’t, plan on arriving to our office 10-15 minutes early so you can complete your paperwork before your appointment.) All patients should fill out a New Patient Form, Health History Form, and HIPAA Acknowledgement Form prior to their first visit.
